Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Discreet Models collects, why we collect it, who else sees it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. Discretion is the service we sell, so we have tried to write it in plain language rather than hide behind the usual wording.
1. Who we are
Discreet Models is a management agency for adult content creators. In data protection terms we are the “controller” of the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide what is collected and why.
This policy covers our public website at www.discreetmodels.com, the application form at join.discreetmodels.com, the creator portal that models sign in to, and the email we send you about any of them. It does not cover the third-party platforms your accounts are hosted on — OnlyFans and similar services publish their own privacy policies, and those apply to your account there.

2. This service is for adults only
Everything we do is restricted to people aged 18 or over. You must confirm you are 18 or older before the application form will show you any of its questions, and we record that confirmation with the date and time you gave it.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover that we have, we delete it and any associated uploads immediately. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted information to us, tell us at info@discreetmodels.com and we will act on it straight away.
3. What we collect
What you give us when you apply. The application form asks for:
- your real name and the stage name you want to work under;
- your email address;
- which platforms you already use, any profile link you choose to share, and whether you have an existing account;
- how you would prefer to be paid;
- your answers about the kinds of content you are and are not willing to produce, and any notes you add to them;
- any photographs you upload with the application;
- your confirmation that you are 18 or over, and your agreement to us storing the rest — each recorded with the wording you agreed to and when.
What you give us if we work together. If your application is successful we hold the email address you sign in with, the photographs and videos you upload to the creator portal along with anything you write about them, the content briefs we agree with you, and the account and payment details we need to manage your accounts and pay you.
What you send us directly. The content of emails, messages and calls between you and our team, including the notes we make about them.
What we collect automatically. Standard technical information from your browser — pages viewed, the site you arrived from, and general device and browser details. Your IP address is used to limit how many applications can be sent from one connection in an hour; it is turned into a one-way hash for that purpose and the address itself is not stored alongside your application.
4. Sensitive information
The application form asks what content you are willing to produce. Your answers say something about your sex life, which makes them “special category” data under UK data protection law and gives them a higher level of protection than ordinary information.
We only collect those answers because you choose to give them, and we rely on your explicit consent to hold them — which is what the tick box at the end of the form records. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@discreetmodels.com. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did with the information beforehand, but it means we stop, and we will delete the answers unless we are required to keep them.
These answers are visible only to the members of our team who assess applications and manage creators. They are never published, never shared with other applicants or creators, and never used for advertising.
5. Why we use it, and our legal basis
UK data protection law requires a lawful basis for each use. Ours are:
- To assess your application and get in touch about it — because you have asked us to consider you, which is a step towards a possible contract, and on your consent for the content-preference answers.
- To manage, market and grow the accounts we run for you, and to pay you — performance of the management agreement between us.
- To confirm and record that everyone we work with is over 18 — a legal obligation, and a requirement of the platforms we publish to.
- To keep the site and the portal secure — rate limiting, blocking automated submissions and investigating misuse, in our legitimate interests in running a service that is not abused.
- To understand how the public pages are used — in our legitimate interests in improving the site, and on your consent where analytics cookies are used (see section 11).
- To keep records, take advice and comply with the law — our legal obligations and our legitimate interests in defending our position if a dispute arises.
We do not use your information to make decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not use it for profiling or targeted advertising.
6. How we protect your anonymity
Anonymity is the point of the service, so it is treated as a security requirement rather than a preference. We publish your stage name and never your real one. Your legal name, your email address and your application are visible only to the members of our team who need them to do their job.
Photographs you upload with an application are stored privately and are not reachable by anyone who does not have an authenticated staff session. Nothing you send us is posted anywhere without your agreement and the terms of the management agreement between us.
7. Where it is held
Some of the suppliers above operate outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where information is transferred out of the UK we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law provides for it — adequacy regulations where they apply to the country concerned, and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum with the supplier where they do not. You can ask us at info@discreetmodels.com for details of the safeguard used for a particular supplier.
8. How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we have a reason to:
- Photographs uploaded but never submitted. If you start the form, upload photographs and never send the application, those files are deleted automatically. Nothing is removed until it is at least 48 hours old, so a form you are still filling in is never swept out from under you.
- Applications we do not take forward. Kept for up to 12 months so we can pick the conversation back up if circumstances change, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete them sooner.
- Applications we do take forward. Kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as we need to deal with anything arising from it.
- Age confirmations and consent records. Kept for as long as we hold the content or the account they relate to, because they are the record that our obligations were met.
- Financial records. Kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in the UK is generally six years.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- have anything inaccurate corrected;
- have your information deleted, where we have no overriding reason to keep it;
- ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to a use we base on our legitimate interests;
- receive the information you gave us in a portable format, or have it sent to someone else;
- withdraw any consent you have given, at any time, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it.
Write to info@discreetmodels.com to use any of these. We will not ask you why. We normally respond within one month, and will tell you if a request is complex enough to need longer. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we send personal information anywhere.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you raised it with us first so we can put it right.
10. How we keep it safe
Everything sent between you and this site is encrypted in transit. Application photographs and creator uploads are held in private storage that cannot be browsed or guessed at from outside. Access to applications and creator records is limited to staff accounts that have been explicitly approved, sign-in is by single-use link rather than a reusable password, and the public form is rate limited against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your information and is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the Information Commissioner’s Office as the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and if a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly rather than rely on you noticing it here.
